Eylem Erkan İşler

Eylem Erkan İşler graduated from the Foreign Language Education department of Educational Faculty at the Middle East Technical University in 2001. She started out working at the Niğde branch of the METU Development Foundation Schools for three years and then transferred to the Ankara branch in 2004. Since then, besides teaching she has been actively designing and running international projects on technology use, ways of increasing motivation and cultural exchange. Her main interests are creating projects with her students and colleagues that develop critical thinking skills and her main teaching goal is to encourage and motivate her students as they become more self-sufficient global citizens.

Nihal Efe Çakmak

Having graduated from the Department of English Language Teaching at Middle East Technical University in 1998, Nihal Çakmak is currently working as a teacher of English at METU Development Foundation schools which is one of the most prestigious K12 schools of Turkey. Her experience of twenty one years includes teaching kids and teenagers of different ages and levels. In the last two years she has been teaching young learners. In 2012 she published an article about using ICT tools in education-(Photonovella) in the journal of English Teaching Professional. She also worked on an Erasmus School Education K1 project which was based on the learning mobility of individuals in 2016. Currently, she is working on an Erasmus Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices KA2 project which brings K-12 and University students and instructors together under the umbrella of Flipped Classroom. Her areas of interests are ICT, technology integration in language teaching,taking part in projects in the field of ICT and engaging students in their own learning.

Gülşen Yıldırım

Gülşen Yıldırım graduated from the Department of Mathematics at Hacettepe University in 2009. She got his M.A. in Teaching Mathematics at Bilkent University in 2011.She worked as a research assistant for six years in a private university at the department of aviation management. She worked as Bologna coordinator, vice Erasmus Coordinator, internship coordinator of department, a member of international office. She went different countries for educational affairs as GETEX, EAIE Conference. She is currently working as a mathematics teacher at METU Development Foundation Private Schools. Her main interests are teacher education, education of gifted students, gamification, ICT, technology integration, programming, financial modelling.
